1. Uncoiling and leveling system ‌
The steel strip raw materials are uncoiled by an automatic uncoiler, and internal stress is eliminated by a multi-roll leveling machine to ensure that the steel strip is smooth and traceless, laying a foundation for subsequent forming.
2. Forming unit (core module) ‌

4. Online weld processing module ‌
After the weld seam is ground by the internal and external burr removal device, the solution treatment technology under argon protection is adopted to eliminate the heat-affected zone and improve the corrosion resistance.
5. Sizing and straightening system ‌
Through multiple sizing dies and hydraulic straightening machines, the outer diameter tolerance of the pipe is ensured to be controlled within ±0.1mm, and the straightness error is ≤0.5mm/ meter.
6. Cutting and collecting unit ‌
The servo-driven flying saw achieves high-speed and precise cutting (error ≤0.3mm), and the automatic palletizing system, in conjunction with the mechanical arm, completes the stacking of pipes, reducing manual intervention.
7. Intelligent control system ‌
It integrates PLC and HMI human-machine interfaces to monitor parameters such as pressure, temperature and speed in real time, and supports self-diagnosis of faults and optimization of process parameters.
8. Auxiliary equipment ‌
It includes oil mist recovery devices (purification efficiency ≥99%), laser diameter gauges (accuracy 0.01mm), eddy current flaw detectors (defect detection rate > 95%), etc., to ensure the environmental friendliness of production and quality traceability.
With increasingly strict environmental protection regulations, equipment manufacturers are developing acid-free surface treatment technologies and adopting modular designs to achieve rapid model changes. It is expected that by 2025, pipe-making machines equipped with AI visual inspection will reduce the product defect rate to below 0.1%, further consolidating the position of stainless steel pipes in high-end manufacturing.
