The welding speed can reach up to 120 meters per minute, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
Full closed-loop intelligent control system ‌
Equipped with a PLC+ human-machine interface (HMI) control system, it can monitor key parameters such as the pressure of the forming roller, welding temperature and cutting accuracy in real time. The adaptive algorithm can dynamically adjust the operating status of the equipment, effectively reducing human errors and ensuring the dimensional tolerance (±0.1mm) and straightness (≤0.5mm/m) of the pipe.
