The Custom Square Welded Tube Mill Line is a customized production line specially designed for the production of high-precision square welded steel pipes. This production line integrates advanced forming, welding, sizing and cutting technologies, and can efficiently produce square welded pipes of various specifications. It is widely used in fields such as construction, mechanical manufacturing, furniture and steel structures.

The multi-pass progressive roll forming process is adopted to ensure uniform deformation of the steel strip, reduce edge stress and improve forming accuracy. Customized roll design to meet the requirements of different materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.) and pipe size, ensuring the stability of forming and product consistency.

Equipped with high-frequency induction welding (HFI) or laser welding technology, it features fast welding speed, small heat-affected zone and high weld strength, meeting the requirements of high-standard structural pipes. The real-time welding monitoring system automatically adjusts the current, frequency and pressure to ensure uniform and defect-free weld seams.

An online annealing or normalizing module can be optionally equipped to eliminate welding residual stress, improve the mechanical properties of the material, and enhance the durability and processability of the pipe.

The multi-rack sizing unit ensures the dimensional accuracy of the pipe (the tolerance can be controlled within ±0.1mm), and guarantees the straight Angle and straightness of the square pipe. Hydraulic or mechanical straightening devices effectively eliminate pipe bending or twisting, meeting the requirements of high-end applications.

Servo-driven flying saw or laser cutting system, achieving high-speed burr-free cutting with a length accuracy of ±0.5mm. Automated stacking or packaging devices that support multiple collection methods (such as strapping and boxing) reduce manual intervention.

PLC+ human-machine interface (HMI) centralized control enables real-time monitoring of parameters such as production line speed, temperature and pressure, and supports fault diagnosis and remote maintenance. It can be optionally connected to the MES system to achieve production data traceability and intelligent management.

Adopting high-efficiency motors and variable frequency drive technology to reduce energy consumption; The welding fume collection system complies with environmental protection standards.
