Product Details

Our low-carbon pipe making machine production line adopts modular design, integrating uncoiling, forming, welding, sizing, cutting and straightening processes to achieve "raw material coil → finished pipe" one-stop processing. The production speed can reach 30-120 meters per minute (customized according to the pipe diameter).

Precision roll forming system ‌ : through the multi-pass progressive roll rolling process, the low carbon steel strip is accurately rounded to ensure that the roundness error of the circular tube is less than 0.2mm, which is suitable for precision structural parts with strict size requirements.

The production line supports rapid mold change. By adjusting the roll set and welding parameters, the pipe diameter range of Φ7mm-Φ219mm can be produced, and the wall thickness can be adjusted to 0.3-7mm, meeting the diversified needs of customers from thin wall decorative pipes to thick wall structural pipes.

The use of frequency conversion drive technology to reduce energy consumption, welding links equipped with dust collection system, in line with green production standards, to help enterprises achieve sustainable development goals.
