Our custom welded steel pipe units are advanced industrial equipment specially designed for carbon steel pipe production, integrating efficiency, precision and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of different industries for carbon steel welded pipes. With modular design and intelligent control technology, this production line can efficiently produce various types of carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from Φ7mm to Φ254mm and wall thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 7.0mm, which are widely used in the fields of building structure, mechanical engineering and furniture manufacturing.

From unwinding, levelling and forming to HF Welding, sizing and straightening, in-line inspection and precision cutting, the entire process is automated to ensure production speeds of up to 120 m/min, greatly increasing productivity and consistency.

With servo drive and closed-loop control system, the dimensional tolerance accuracy of the pipe reaches ±0.1mm, and the weld strength meets ASTM, DIN and other international standards.

The unit supports the rapid transformation function, and can flexibly adjust the pipe diameter, wall thickness and forming process parameters according to customer needs, and seamlessly switch the production of special-shaped pipes such as round pipes, square pipes and rectangular pipes.

Equipped with intelligent welding energy monitoring system, the welding current and pressure can be accurately adjusted to ensure uniform and dense weld of carbon steel pipe, excellent compressive strength and corrosion resistance. The key components are made of wear-resistant alloy material, with real-time vibration monitoring and fault warning system to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment 24/7.
