Product Details
The main functions of the customized automated pipe-making machine include:
Coil forming and welding : Metal sheet is bent into a cylindrical structure by rollers and the seam is automatically welded to ensure sealing ;
Size and cut control : adjustable pipe diameter, wall thickness and cut predetermined length ;
Surface treatment and special processing : Support rust removal, painting and production of special-shaped tubes such as square tubes/oval tubes ;
Automation Integration : Computer-controlled automation of the entire process from feed to finished product.
The main operation process of this production line is as follows:
Equipment inspection : Confirm that power/gas connection is normal, lubrication/hydraulic system is adequate, dies/tools are undamaged ;
Material preparation : Cut pipes to the required uniform length and place them in the designated feeding area ;
Safety protection : Wear safety helmet, protective glasses, gloves, etc. .
Enter process parameters : Set pipe diameter, wall thickness, length and elbow Angle, etc. through the operation panel ;
Feeding and forming : Feed the pipe into the die, clamp and then automatically complete the processes such as plate rolling, welding or bending ; Monitor cutting accuracy and welding sealing in real time to avoid overlap or looseness ;
